Installing Autodesk WHIP!

1.

To download the WHIP Installer, select the WHIP icon on the Technical Requirements page.

 

2.  Click "SAVE." If connected via Cable/DSL, you could also click "OPEN." This example illustrates using the"SAVE" option.
3.  Select a save location on your hard drive. Remember the location so that you can access it for installing.
4.   Double-click the downloaded file and start the installation process.
5. Follow through the steps of the installation process.  
6. 

Accept the License Agreement.


NOTE: Autodesk no longer supports this application as they have a newer version available from their site; however, this new viewer does NOT function with our wiring diagrams!
7. Select a directory where you want the WHIP plugin to be installed. Select "NEXT" and "NEXT" again in the following screen.
8. After the installation is complete you will see the confirmation screen

Content created for the WHIP plugin will now be viewable.
