2 Mb/s downloading speed minimum per PC from the Internet
Network latency under 100 ms to/from Internet servers located in New Jersey
Hardware Requirements
Minimum Requirements: (These are minimums, performance will not be optimal)

2 GHz Pentium® - class processor
512 MB RAM
3 GB available Hard Disk Space (includes required Java installation)
Video Graphics Card capable of 1024 x 768 pixel resolution at 256 colors
17" SVGA color monitor
Keyboard and Mouse or other pointing device
Microsoft® Windows 2000 Professional SP4, XP Professional SP2, or Vista, with MS Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher
Any version Java Runtime Environment(JRE) 5.0 (1.5.xxx) or latest version of JRE would work. Recommanded version is 1.5.0_15 or above.
For optimal performance, we recommend beyond the above minimums:
2 GHz Pentium® 4 Core Duo Processor
1 GB+ RAM
21" SVGA Color Monitor
Also note that the Simultaneous running of other applications, especially other Java applications, will degrade performance.
