In case you are somewhat familiar with Mercedes-Benz vehicles you can also search by chassis. For example, the Model Year 1999 SL500 is a 129068 Chassis, where SL500 is the so called "Sales Designation".

In order to search by Chassis either a Category/Subcategory has to be selected or left on the standard ALL setting. Selecting a Category/Subcategory will prevent documents to be displayed which you are not interested in.

The following usage example shows the functionality for searching by Chassis.

Select the search button from the top menu
Select the Category
Select the Subcategory
Search by Chassis
Enter Chassis
or 6 digit Chassis
Click on SEARCH

The result list will now display:

All Installation Bulletins under Category Star Bulletins for Chassis 129 and the selected Model Year.

This search function will result in Installation Bulletins for Chassis 129 vehicles of the selected Model Year.

!! Please be aware the certain Installation Bulletins are valid for multiple models, but the result will only display bulletins applicable to the selected vehicle.!!
