In order to search by Keyword either a Category/Subcategory has to be selected or left on the standard ALL setting. Selecting a Category/Subcategory will prevent documents to be displayed which you are not interested in.

Keywords are applicable to the following document areas:

• Word(s) in the document name (Example: P-B-83....)
• Word(s) in the document description (Example: vinegar smell)

The Keyword field allows partial entries so you do not need to remember the full name of a document to retrieve a result. Please be advised that Keyword entries like CAN also result in documents containing the words cannot, can't, cancel,...... in the document name or description. The more specific the Keyword, the better the result.

The following usage example shows the functionality for searching by Keyword.

Select the search button from the top menu
Enter the Keyword
Click on SEARCH

The result list will now display:

The following image displays a result with the Keyword above out of a total of 1850 documents (at time of creation).

All documents applicable to the specified Keyword are now displayed. All documents are displayed beginning with the latest published document for the selected Keyword.
